The summer on this continent can be pretty harsh, but once you come near the ocean you will surely forget the heat. So that’s what I am going to tell you about – the best beaches in Australia, where you can spend some amazing summer days.

I will begin with Palm Beach. It is located an hour away north from Sydney and visiting it is definitely worth it. The beach itself is about 3 kilometers long and has clean white sand all along. There are shops, restaurants and cafes on the southern end of the beach line. Half of the beach, where there are no parking spaces, is usually very calm and not really crowded. The waters are crystal clear and Palm Beach is one of the best places for surfing. There are also golf courses for those who don’t like lying on the sand. The active ones can take a walk to Barrenjoey Head and visit the lighthouse there with view of Broken Bay.

It is very difficult to establish what to see first when traveling in America. The place is so vast that it would be practically impossible to visit everything that the magnificent country has to offer.

In spite of the fact it’s expensive to fly and lodge there, Hawaii ranks as no. 1 in honeymoon popularity. Stunning beaches and hidden inlets; world-class hotels; fresh, inventive cuisine; water sports in abundance; extraordinary natural beauty; and perfect weather make this an ideal vacation spot year after year.

Las Vegas is ranked America’s adult fun capital, with excitement going on all through the day. People easily get married here and again, so much fun, is another reason couples flock to this paradise in the middle of a desert.

On a warm June day here, tourists sit and admire the spectacular Alpine scenery reflecting in the still, delicate waters of Lake Garda. This region of Italy has a unique beauty - a beauty that is making it more and more popular with visitors from elsewhere in Europe and beyond.

The lake is surrounded by an array of pretty villages and stunning medieval towns. With the mountains providing a stunning backdrop, this is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque parts of Italy.

Holidays that put you in control

The thought of taking a nice, quiet break somewhere can often seem quite appealing, especially when exploring parts of England previously unvisited. However, check-ins, organised tours, group outings and timetables for every day can quickly turn a relaxing break into feeling like a rushed school-trip.

The ideal solution to remedy this problem is to take a self-catering holiday, where you are in control of where you go, what things you do and what time you come and go. With an array of apartments, houses and cottages to suit every requirement, taking a short break in beautiful Sussex has never been easier, more affordable, or more appealing!
