Sharm El Sheikh is first and foremost one of the hottest countries in the world, if you like warm weather you are in bliss here. The scorching heat never fails all year round, just be careful when your aiming for a sun tan, and take lots of lotion with you. The average high temperature in Sharm is around 37 degrees centigrade in July, so make sure all you take is shorts and a T Shirt.
So what is there for you to do in this place then, well to be perfectly honest, not much yet quite a bit? I understand that this is a bit fickle but I will explain. First of all if you are a sporty person you will be in your absolute prime here. There is an endless amount of water sports for you to take part in, ranging from water skiing through to scuba diving. The sea is unbelievably clear and shows how beautiful the underwater world really is. There is a whole host of wildlife in this area, including one of the most extensive corals in the world. Scuba Diving has really taken off in Sharm and diving with sharks is becoming more of an interest to tourists!
Now for those that aren't all that into these sports, here is what I meant about there not being much to do as well. If you want to relax, there are an endless amount of places for you to find where you can relax in the sun or indulge in a spa treatment. Almost all of the hotels in this boiling country offer a massive amount of spa treatments, anything from massages to thermal spa treatments.
When night time comes around you will find that Egypt and more importantly Sharm El Sheikh transforms from an ancient city into a very modern party town. There are several late night sushi bars, nightclubs and the most notable is a quaint place called the Little Buddha, that combines all of these attributes just for you. Can anyone get bored in Sharm El Sheikh? I challenge anyone to accomplish that feat!
